摘要
兰炼中小学总校的教学质量能否在移交后持续提高,波及面大,关注度高,须着力做好。文章认为,作为质量的载体兰炼中小学总校,应积极探索,研究影响教学质量的内外因素,尽量发挥已有管理优势,主动适应地方政府的管理。作为管理主体的地方政府,应求同存异,促成企业办学优势的发挥,以此为契机发展兰州的基础教育。
The quality of teaching in Lan Lian total schools (primary and secondary schools ) needs a hard work to be done well espeially ? after?? their transition? to the?? society, for their? magnitude of great concern and high focus from the local people. This article considers, as a carrier of the quality of the total primary and secondary schools--lan Lian Zong Xiao, should actively explore . research internal and external factors which make a great impact on the quality of teaching? and?? manage to maximize advantages; it should actively adapt to the local government management, too. As the management of the main local government, Lan zhou Educaiton bureau, should not only set aside? the differences ; but also promote? advantages of the entertise school, and take this as an opportunity to develop basic education in Lanzhou.
