Improving Teaching Quality in LanLian Primary and Secondary Schools

兰炼中小学总校的教学质量能否在移交后持续提高，波及面大，关注度高，须着力做好。文章认为，作为质量的载体兰炼中小学总校，应积极探索，研究影响教学质量的内外因素，尽量发挥已有管理优势，主动适应地方政府的管理。作为管理主体的地方政府，应求同存异，促成企业办学优势的发挥，以此为契机发展兰州的基础教育。

The quality of teaching in Lan Lian total schools （primary and secondary schools ） needs a hard work to be done well espeially ？ after？？ their transition？ to the？？ society, for their？ magnitude of great concern and high focus from the local people. This article considers, as a carrier of the quality of the total primary and secondary schools--lan Lian Zong Xiao, should actively explore . research internal and external factors which make a great impact on the quality of teaching？ and？？ manage to maximize advantages; it should actively adapt to the local government management, too. As the management of the main local government, Lan zhou Educaiton bureau, should not only set aside？ the differences ; but also promote？ advantages of the entertise school, and take this as an opportunity to develop basic education in Lanzhou.
