摘要
在解读日本《偏僻地区教育振兴法》具体内容及实施措施基础上,从完善教育立法,责权明确、因地制宜,解决师资问题,明确地区偏远程度及偏僻地区学校指定标准,产、官、学、民相结合,整合教育资源等角度,探究促进我国偏僻地区教育发展的长效机制和有效策略。
This paper based on the interpretation of development background, detail contents, implementation of measures for the Law for Vitalizing Education in Remote Areas, exploring a long--term mechanism and an effective strategy to prompt China's remote rural education, which is in view of aspects that improves the education legislation; identifies and separates responsibility and right, takes measures suit to local eonditions; solves the problem of teachers; defines the remote degree about region and designated standards of school in remote areas; combines industry, government, science, people; integrates of educational resource.
