介绍了矿泉水瓶坯注塑模的结构,论述了模具结构特点和工作原理。该模具采用一模八腔,气压驱动针阀式浇口,H型热流道板;楔形导板,拉杆定距分型,推件板推出塑件。模具结构紧凑、工作可靠,可实现全自动操作。
The structure of injection mould for mineral water bottle parison was introduced.The structure characteristics and working principle of the mold were discussed.The mold featured as one mold with eight cavities,adopts pneumatic driving needle type gate,H-type hot runner manifold and wedge-shaped plate on the mould.The plastic part was detruded by stripper plate after limit cavity parting.The mold was compact in structure,reliable in operation,and complete automatization was achieved.
