摘要
分析了碗形铝合金压铸件的工艺特点,该压铸件上有12个周向均布带通孔的凸台,压铸时需要多型芯径向抽芯。若采用斜销-滑块侧向分型抽芯机构,则需要采用12个斜销-滑块机构进行径向抽芯,模具结构复杂,整体性差。为此给出一种特殊结构的压铸模,该模具利用斜销-齿条-转盘机构完成多型芯径向抽芯,简化了模具结构。针对铸件孔对铸件包紧力较大和铸件壁薄的的特点,采用推套推出铸件,保证了铸件端面平整。
There exist 12 circumferentially equispaced dummy clubs with through-hole on a aluminum alloy bowl castings,so radial multiple core pulling should be adopted in die casting.If the angle pin-slide side core pulling mechanisms are adopted in the mould,12 angle pin-slide mechanisms should be considered for radial core pulling,which results in the complex of mould structure and un-desirable whole shape.The technical characteristics of the die casting were analyzed,and a die casting die with special structure was presented,in which radial multiple core pulling was realized by angle pin and rack and turn table mechanism,simplifying the structure of the mould.Aiming at the features of high wrapping force of casting hole to castings and thin wall,an ejector sleeve was adopted in the die casting die to pull out the castings and to obtain the smooth surface.
