摘要 目的:分析甲状腺癌的临床病理特征、生物学特性,及其超声诊断。方法:选取自2000年1月至2006年6月间收治的诊断明确并有完整病例记录的甲状腺癌病例407例进行回顾性分析。结果:不同病理类型甲状腺癌的淋巴结转移率及远处转移率不同,侵犯周围组织的程度不同。乳头状癌的不同亚型,临床生物学特性也不尽相同;超声对于甲状腺癌的诊断及颈部淋巴结的定性有着独到的优势。结论:不同病理类型的甲状腺癌临床生物学特性不同,术前应合理评估、精确分期,根据肿瘤的部位、病理类型、TNM分期及年龄等多种因素,结合超声检查,采用个体化的手术方案。 Objective:The biological characteristics,pathologic classification and ultrasound characteristics of thyroid carcinoma were investigated in order to determine the clinical diagnosis and treatment of thyroid carcinoma. Methods: Data of 407 cases of thyroid carcinoma was analyzed for clinical presentation, diagnosis and ultrasound characteristics. Results: Different pathologic classification of thyroid carcinoma had different biological characteristics. Ultrasoundexan has very important role for the determination of qualitation, quantitation, location of thyroid carcinoma. Conclusion: The individualized treatment should be combined with exacty staging, reasonable evaluation and ultrasound diagnosis.
