摘要 乳腺癌干细胞是首次被分离出的实体肿瘤干细胞,由于缺乏特异的细胞表面标志,如何获得纯化的乳腺癌干细胞已经成为乳腺癌研究的热点。目前存在的几种常用的乳腺癌干细胞的分离方法都各有利弊,现就乳腺癌干细胞的分离方法作一综述。 Breast cancer stem cell was the first isolated stem cell of solid tumor. How to get purified breast cancer stem cell has become a focus in breast cancer study owing to the lack of specific cell phenotype. The current isolation methods have their own advantages and disadvantages. In this review, the isolation methods of breast cancer stem cell were described.
