肺部移植物抗宿主病
摘要
异基因造血干细胞移植（allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation，allo-HSCT）是目前治疗血液系统恶性疾病的重要手段，在过去的半个世纪里迅猛发展。随着脐血使用、供者淋巴细胞输注、非清髓性预处理等方法的运用．已使越来越多的患者受益于allo-HSCT。尽管如此，提高allo-HSCT后的长期生存仍遭遇瓶颈，其中最重要的影响因素为移植物抗宿主病（graft-versus-hostdisease，GVHD），本文将重点讨论肺部GVHD的定义、诊断以及治疗的最新进展。
