不同麻醉方式下男性患者膀胱镜放置输尿管双J管疼痛感觉及评分比较

Comparison of pain rating under different anesthesia methods in male patients inserted ureteral stents by cystourethroscopy

目的:比较局部麻醉、全身麻醉、复合麻醉下,男性患者膀胱镜放置输尿管双J管的评分及疼痛发生率。方法:体内留置输尿管双J管男性患者60例,分为局部麻醉组20例,全身麻醉组30例,复合麻醉组10例,置管后第3天比较VAS评分及疼痛发生率。结果:全身麻醉组未感觉疼痛,局部麻醉组疼痛发生率95%,复合麻醉组疼痛发生率80%,全身麻醉组与局部麻醉组、复合麻醉组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),局部麻醉组与复合麻醉组疼痛发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);局部麻醉组VAS评分6.20±2.07,复合麻醉组VAS评分3.10±1.07,2组疼痛评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:建议放置输尿管支架管时采用复合麻醉或全身麻醉。

Objective To compare the incidence of pain and VAS in male patients inserted ureteral double J stents by cystourethroscopy under local,general and combined anesthesia.Methods Sixty male patients were divided into local anesthesia group （n=20）,general anesthesia group （n=30） and combined anesthesia group （n=10）. The incidence of pain and VAS were evaluated on the third day after the stent was inserted. Results The incidence of pain was 95% in local anesthesia group and 80% in combined anesthesia group,which showed no statistic difference（P〉0.05）. No patients in general aneathesia group felt pain,which was statistically different from the other groups（P〈0.05）. VAS was 6.20±2.07 in local anesthesia group and 3.10±1.07 in combined anesthesia group,which showed a statistic difference between two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusions It is suggested for the patients to receive general or combined aneathesia when undergoing ureteral stent insertion by cystourethroscopy.
