摘要
1998年前后,主要的MR生产厂家开始推出高场全身MR扫描仪,其中以3Tesla(T)为代表[1]。随着场强不断增加的同时,MRI含钆对比剂也得到了迅速发展,先后出现了离子型、非离子型细胞外对比剂及肝细胞特异性对比剂等。在由低场向高场应用转变中,磁敏感效应加大,随着组织T1驰豫时间不断延长,增强扫描时钆对比剂剂量将如何变化?不同部位的选择有无差异?不同序列又该做何调整?本文将对上述问题相关研究做一综述,以期指导临床优化使用含钆对比剂。
Since approximately 1998, the major MR scanner manufacturers have begun to offer high field whole body scanners, typieally operating at 3.0 T. With the inerease in static magnetic field strength, more and more gadolinlum-based MRI contrast agents were introduced into the elirtieal environment, e.g. ionic and nonionie extracellular contrast agent and hepatocyte-selective contrast agents. The higher the smile magnetic field strength, the stronger the susceptibility effects. With an increase in the T1 relaxation time, what are the optimal doses in routine clinieal applieailons what dose of contrast agents will offer the best enhancement in different location and improve advanced MR speeialized teehniques? This article will provide an overview of these above mentioned questions.
