上海市虹口区推行的"实有人口、实有房屋"全覆盖管理工作取得了较好的实效。为了加强上海市的人口综合服务与管理工作,相关职能部门应当进一步完善管理体系、建立评估机制、健全法律法规、加强社区综合协管队伍建设与完善数据库维护机制等。

The comprehensive management work of＂actual population, actual housing＇in Hongkou District of Shanghai has taken effect since its promotion. In order to strengthen the integrated service and management of population in Shanghai, the relevant functional departments should further improve the management system, establish evaluation mechanisms, perfect the laws and regula teams in community and improve the mechanism of database tions, strengthen building integrated co- management maintenance.
