摘要
公安机关依法开展社会治安防范工作是由其政治属性、工作目标和基本任务决定的。公安机关要在党委和政府的领导下,积极动员与组织社会各方力量参与社会治安防范,推进社会治安防控体系建设。
The public security organ is on guard against bad elements making trouble and engaging in sabotage in conformity with legal provisions because of its political attribute and basic responsibilities. Public security organ should mobilize all positive factors and adopt vigorous measures under the leadership of the Party to carry the work a step forward for the social defence system.
