On Practicing Hard in Mass Work to Improve Policing Skills of Mediating Public Order Issues

治安调解作为基层派出所的一项日常工作,是化解社会矛盾、促进社会和谐与增进警民感情的重要手段。公安民警应树立三种意识,培养四种爱心,力戒五种倾向,切实转变治安调解的传统思维,苦练治安调解基本功,不断提高治安调解能力。

As a routine task of police stations, the mediation of public order issues is an important way of resolving social conflicts, promoting social harmony and enhancing police- people relations. Police officers should set three kinds of awareness, develop four kinds of love, and guard against five kinds of tendencies to effectively change the conventional thinking of mediation, train basic mediation skills hard and constantly improve the mediation ability of public order issues.
