摘要
在公安出入境管理工作中,情报信息工作处于先导地位,具有低成本作用。公安出入境管理部门强化情报信息工作的对策主要有:提高对出入境情报信息工作的认识,形成情报主导警务的意识;明确出入境情报信息工作目标与工作重点,提高情报质量;建立符合现代警务机制的高效情报信息网络;建立情报信息工作考核奖惩机制等。
Intelligence work characterized by low cost is placed in a leading position in the police exit- entry administration work. The exit - entry administration department of public security organs can improve intelligence and information work from such aspects as increasing the awareness to realize the leading role of intelligence in policing work; making clear the objectives and priorities of exit- entry information work to foster the quality of intelligence; building an efficient intelligence and information network suitable for modern policing mechanism; establishing a corresponding mechanism of rewards and punishments.
