摘要
德国1992年立法为其乔装侦查的证据转化提供了三条可行途径,即传闻证据规则、犯罪情报到证据的转化以及线人替代出庭作证。其为我国实施卧底侦查证据转化提供了借鉴,在卧底侦查法制化,传闻证据规则的特殊适用,推进证据—情报—证据的转化模式和慎用秘密力量替代的转化途径等方面有所启示。
