摘要
随着国有企业改制的进一步深化和非公有制经济的日益发展壮大,工会与企业行政的关系已经发生了很大变化,但是,在我国社会主义市场经济体制下,无论公有制企业,还是非公有制企业中,工会与企业行政的关系仍然是一种平等合作、相互支持的关系,企业和职工的矛盾和冲突应当通过协商而非对抗的方式加以解决。
With the advancement of the state - owned enterprise reform and the non - public sectors of the economy, great changes have taken place in the relationship between labor union and enterprise executive. Under China' s socialist market economy, the relationship between labor union and enterprise executive remains equal, coopera- tive and mutually supportive, whether in public or non - public enterprises. Any conflicts are supposed to be settled through negotiation rather than confrontation.
