摘要
目的探讨自动活检枪在CT引导经皮肺穿刺中的定性诊断。方法选取2006年5月～2008年11月我院呼吸一科收治的,经其他检查未能定性的肺部病变62例,所有患者均进行CT引导经皮肺穿刺活检。结果62例穿刺均获成功,穿刺前CT诊断与穿刺后组织细胞学诊断符合者50例。结论自动活检枪在CT引导下肺穿刺中的定性是比较安全有效的。
Objective To investigate the automated biopsy gun in the CT-guided percutaneous lung diagnosis. Methods Sixty- two cases of unconfirmed pathological lung were selected between May 2006 and November 2008 in the first department of respiratory diseases of our hospital. All patients were carried out CT-guided percutaneous lung biopsy. Results 62 cases were successful puncture, 50 cases were matching with the CT diagnosis before the puncture and the pancreatic mass organizations diagnosis after the puncture. Conclusion Automatic biopsy gun in the CT-gnided lung biopsy in the diagnosis is relatively safe and effective.
