免疫性血小板减少患者血小板糖蛋白Ⅱb/Ⅲa的表达及意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的检测免疫性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)患者血小板表面糖蛋白(GP)Ⅱb/Ⅲa的表达情况并探讨其临床意义。方法应用流式细胞术检测ITP、非免疫性血小板减少患者及健康对照血小板表面GPⅡb/Ⅲa的阳性表达率。结果ITP、非免疫性血小板减少患者血小板数较健康对照明显减少(P<0.01),ITP组与非免疫性血小板减少患者血小板数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);ITP、非免疫性血小板减少患者血小板表面GPⅡb/Ⅲa的阳性表达率较健康对照明显减少(P<0.01),ITP较非免疫性血小板减少患者的血小板GPⅡb/Ⅲa低,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论流式细胞术检测血小板GPⅡb/Ⅲa对ITP的诊断、鉴别诊断指导用药有一定意义。 Objective To investigate the expression of platelet glycoprotein Ⅱb/Ⅲa and its clinical significance in patients with immunne thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP). Methods The positive rates of platelet membrane glyco- protein GP Ⅱb/Ⅲa in patients with immune and non-immune ITP and in healthy controls were tested by flow cytometry (FCM). Results The immune and non-immune ITP patients were found with lower platelet counts compared with normal controls (P〈0.01) but there was no significant difference between each other (P〉0.05). The positive rate of platelet GP Ⅱb/Ⅲa a was lowered in immune and non-immune thrombocytopenica patients compared with normal controis (P〈0.01), and in ITP with non-immune thrombocytopenica (P〈0.01). Conclusion Flow cytometry for detection of platelet GP H b/ma may have a role in the diagnosis, differential diagnosis and medication for ITP.
