Survivin和碱性成纤维细胞生长因子在腺样囊性癌组织中的表达及意义

摘要 腺样囊性癌（adenoid cystic carcinoma，ACC）是涎腺最常见的恶性肿瘤之一．目前临床上采用的病理分型、诊断标准、手术方案虽对治疗有一定的指导意义，但对它的早期诊断及预后判断方面存在一定的缺陷。肿瘤的发生发展是一个极其复杂的过程，近年来发现细胞凋亡抑制及新生血管的形成在肿瘤生长、进展和转移过程中起着重要作用。本研究选择Survivin和碱性成纤维细胞生长因子（bFGF）两种因子在腺样囊性癌中的表达，来探讨腺样囊性癌发生与发展。
