宫颈癌放疗敏感相关因子的初步研究

A preliminary study on relative factors of radio-sensitivity in treatment of cervical carcinoma.

目的观察S100A9、Galectin7、毛细血管扩张性共济失调症突变蛋白(ATM)、P53、Ki67在放疗敏感性不同的宫颈癌组织中的表达及其与放疗敏感性的关系。方法根椐世界卫生组织(WHO)实体瘤疗效判断标准,将收集的宫颈癌组织标本分为高度敏感组(60例)和低度敏感组(30例)。应用免疫组化方法检测组织中S100A9、Galectin7、ATM、P53、Ki67的表达。结果S100A9、Galectin7、ATM、P53、Ki67在高度敏感组和低度敏感组中的表达具有显著性差异。结论S100A9、Galectin7、ATM、P53、Ki67的表达与宫颈癌放疗敏感性有关。

Objective To observe the expression of SI00A9, Galectin7, ATM, P53 and Ki67 in cervical tissues of carcinoma and to study its correlation with degree of radio - sensitivity. Methods According to WHO Response Evaluation Criteria in Sulid Tumors, tissues were classified into high radio - sensitive group（HS） and low radio - sensitive group（LS）. The expression of S100A9, Galectin7, ATM, P53 and Ki67 was assayed by imnmnochemical technique. Results There is significant difference in expression of S100A9, Galectin7, ATM, P53 and Ki67 between patients in HS and LS groups. Conclusion Expression of S100A9, Galectin7, ATM, P53 and Ki67 was associated with radio - sensitivity in patients with cervical carcinoma.
