医药卫生体制改革不仅关系到全体公民的身体健康和生命安全,也关系到居民的社会保障水平。文章认为医药卫生体制改革需要科学界定医疗服务的性质及可由市场提供医疗服务的具体内容,需摸清我国卫生投入和医疗保障水平现状,需明确公立医院改革方向并探索多元办医途径,需确立院际合作及基层医院改革方式,需加快中医药事业发展并大力推进医生多点执业,只有做好以上五个方面基本工作,医药卫生体制改革才能顺利实施。
