摘要
介绍发电机温升试验方法,指出温升试验时需要负荷稳定和热稳定,并说明温度测试方法,计算方法和温度修正等。通过以一台额定容量150MW水轮发电机的温升试验为例,测试该发电机各部件的温度,并对额定负荷温升进行了推算。最后,通过该台机组的温升试验,推算出发电机增容改造的绕组电流和容量。
This paper introduces the temperature-rise test method of generator, and points out that load and thermal stability are necessary for the temperature-rise test. The measurement method, calculation method and modification of temperature are explained. Through temperature-rise test of a 150MW water turbogenerator, the temperature of various components were measured and the rated load temperature-rise was extrapolated. At last, through the temperature-rise test of this units, the winding current and capacity of the generator after capacity-increased and reconstruction were derived.
