摘要 神经干细胞是一类具有自我复制更新能力、高度增殖潜能和多向分化潜能的细胞,通过外源性或内源性途径的神经干细胞疗法为缺血性脑卒中的治疗提供了一种新途径。现就神经干细胞及其治疗缺血性脑卒中的研究进展进行综述。 Neural stem cells are a class of cells with self replication and renewal caplbility, high proliferation potential and multi-differentiation potential. Neural stem cells therapy through exogenous and endogenous approaches,provides a new way for the treatment of ischemic stroke. The research advance in neural stem cells and their application in treatment for ischemic stroke are reviewed.
