摘要
在造纸、纺织、化工、选矿等工业中常常使用滤鼓来滤除固体悬浮液中的液相介质。为提高过滤强度和生产能力,在现代造纸洗浆设备中需要开发应用高线压、大直径、宽幅滤鼓。文中通过对滤鼓结构的研讨,创新提出3大主要组件——滤筒、轴头、端盖的设计计算方法,并推导了滤筒沟纹面、纵向筋、周向筋和端盖辐条等特殊、关键部分的计算式,可供高线压、大直径、宽幅滤鼓设计时使用。
The filter drum is commonly adopted to filter solid suspension of liquid phase medium in paper making, textile, chemical engineering, mineral concentration industries. In order to raise filter strength and production, it is in need of development a practical high line-pressure, large diameter, wide range filter drum. Through the investigation of filter drum structure, the paper put forward a grid type wide groove filter barrel and the calculated method for design the three main sets filter barrel, axisal head, terminal cap of the filter drum, as well as derived the calculated formulas for special key pans--filter drum groove face, longititudinal rib, periphric rib and terminal cap rib etc. All these can be used in design of high line-pressure, large diameter, wide range filter drum.
