摘要
当今社会物流行业的飞速发展,对物流机械的要求也越来越高。物流机械不仅要求有良好的安全性能,较高的作业效率,也要求有较轻的结构。文章从轻量化的角度出发,利用有限元软件MSC.Patran分析某轻型物流小车车架结构,提出了相应的轻量化改进方案,减轻了其重量。
The requirements of logistics and transport machinery are getting higher along with the fast development of today's logistics industry. Logistics machinery requires not only good safety performance, higher efficiency, but also a lighter structure. The paper based on weight-reduction concept, analyzed the structure of the logistics light trolley's frame with FEA software "MSC. Patran" , and proposed a weight-reduction scheme to improve the frame's structure and reduce its weight. [ Ch ,8 fig. 9 ref. ]
