Through analysis the high-speed coating process control system, the paper applled Siemens totally-integrated automatic products including network communications, public DC bus, programmable logic controller, driver and other technology to supervise the automatic distributed of the production process, to meet the requirements of high precision tension control, automatic access material control, synchronous coordination control in high-speed coating machine. Totally- integrated automation design of modular, and the strong expanded system, became the ideal integrated solution platform to realize management and control of enterprise integration.
