摘要
全电动注塑机各控制任务并非各自独立的,他们相互间需要进行通信以共享数据,需要进行同步以控制注塑工艺流程。Petri网是一种十分适合分析并发异步事件的建模工具。因此,文章使用时延Petri网的控制方法对全电动注塑机控制任务的通信和同步进行建模,并且采用L inux操作系统提供的进程通信和同步机制对建立的模型加以实现。
The control tasks of all-electrical injection molding machine are not independent, they need communicate with each other to share data, and synchronize to control the injection technical process. Petri net is a molding tool which can be used to analysis concurrent and asynchronous events. So, the paper adopted the control method of the delay Petri net to build model for the control tasks of all electrical injection molding machine, and adopted the process communication and synchronization mechanism of Linux operation system to realize the setting up the model.
