富阳市开展环境污染综合治理 改善区域水环境质量研究

目的回顾富阳市2005年被定为省级环境保护准监管区至2008年达到环保"摘帽"要求的艰辛历程。方法实施造纸业环保基础设施建设、产业结构调整、流域综合治理、集中供热、节能减排和污染源在线监测等措施。结果环境污染综合治理使流域内江河溪流水质变清,境内水质恢复到Ⅱ～Ⅲ类、饮用水源达标。结论经3年不懈的努力和重点污染源综合治理,流域水环境质量和区域生态环境质量明显改善,实现了环境保护和经济发展双赢的局面。
