悬索桥主索鞍可控状态自由滑移控制 被引量:11

摘要 基于主索鞍偏量的分阶段多次顶推控制方式存在实施难的问题,提出主索鞍可控状态下自由滑移控制方法,即主索鞍在加劲梁吊装和二期恒载施工过程中可自由滑移,阐述该控制方法的步骤及优点。以沪蓉西国道湖北段四渡河大桥为工程背景,由实测桥塔偏位及主索鞍滑移量得出其变化规律,由实测桥塔偏位和索鞍偏量与理论计算的索鞍偏量之间的关系,说明可以按照主索鞍相对于索鞍初始位置的绝对距离等于索鞍累计滑移量与桥塔偏位之和对主索鞍滑移进行控制分析。实践表明该方法控制效果良好。 In consideration of the difficulty of the tower saddle of a suspension bridge that in implement of the control method for offsetting is pushed in multiple times in stages, a controllable state control method for free movement of the tower saddle is proposed, that is, the tower saddle is allowed to freely move in the controllable state during the erection of the stiffening main girder and in the process of construction of the second phase dead load and the specific steps and advantages of the control method are expatiated. With reference to the construction of Sidu River Bridge on the West Section of Shanghai-Chengdu Ex laws of the free movement of the tower saddle of the pre Bri ssway in Hubei Province, the variation dge are obtained from the measured dis placement of the tower and the movement amounts of the saddle. The relationship between the measured displacement of the tower, offsetting amounts of the saddle and the theoretically calculated offsetting amounts of the saddle shows that the control analysis of the saddle movement can be made in accordance with the absolute distance of the initial position of the saddle relative to the saddle that equals to the sum of the accumulated movement amounts of the saddle and the displacement of the tower. Practice proves that the results of the control method are quite good.
