摘要
以1-溴代十二烷、2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮(UV-0)、碳酸钾为原料,水为溶剂,在十八烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵(1827)相转移催化剂存在条件下合成2-羟基-4-正十二烷氧基二苯甲酮(UV-1200)。通过对反应条件的考察,确定当物料用量为1-溴代十二烷0.105 mol,UV-0为0.1 mol,碳酸钾0.05 mol,水2.5 mL,1827为0.002 mol,反应时间为7 h时,UV-1200产率较高,达到90.2%。产品经熔点、红外、1HNMR、元素分析进行表征。
2 - hydroxy - 4 - dodecyloxybenzophenone (UV - 1200 ) was synthesized by using 1 -bromododecane,2,4 -dihydroxy benzophenone (UV- 0) and potassium carbonate as starting materials, water as solvent and in the presence of octadecyldimethylbenzylammonium chloride (1827) as phase transfer catalyst. Reaction conditions were examined in experimental tests. Results showed that the optimal conditions can be identified as: materials input 1 - bromododecane 0. 105 mol, UV - 0 0. 1 mol, potassium carbonate 0.05 mol,water 2.5 mL, 1827 0. 002 mol; reaction time 7 h. The yield of UV - 1200 achieves 90.2%. The product was characterized by melting point,IR,^1HNMR and elemental analysis.
