摘要
采用高效液相色谱测定化妆品中6种四环素类抗生素(盐酸美满霉素、二水土霉素、盐酸四环素、盐酸金霉素、盐酸多西环素、氯霉素)。结果表明,在ZORBAX SB-C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm)色谱柱上,以乙腈、甲醇和10 mmol/L三氟乙酸作为流动相,检测波长268 nm,流速为1.0 mL/min,柱温30℃,可以较好的分离和测定化妆品中6种四环素类抗生素。该方法检测出的6种四环素类抗生素的相对标准偏差为0.22%~2.1%,回收率为90%~99%。
A HPLC method was established for simultaneous determination of six tetracycline antibiotics, namely minocycline hydrochloride, di - hydrated oxytetracycline, tetracycline hydrochloride, chlortetracycline hydrochloride, doxycline hydrochloride and chloramphenicol,in cosmetics on a ZORBAX SB -C18 (4. 6 mm× 150 mm,5 μm) column using acetonitrile, methanol and 10 mmol/L trifluoroacetic acid as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min , with column temperature 30 ℃ and detection wavelength 268 rim. Recoveries of the six tetracycline antibiotics are ranged from 90% to 99% with RSD of 0. 22% -2. 1%.
