摘要 针对目前国内对关口电能表技术要求和测试方法上存在的不足,从关口电能计量的特殊性出发,提出了关口电能表性能要求纲要,在广泛收集IEC标准、进口电能表技术指标以及现场常见运行问题的基础上提出了关口电能表性能评估方法。该方法的提出对于鉴别多功能电能表性能质量差异具有一定的参考价值。 According to the insufficiency of technical and testing method of the ofgateway multifunction Watt-hour meter, this paper puts forward a performance request compendium based on the particularity of ofgateway electricity measurement. And based on the IEC standard, import meter technical index and the familiar problem in using, the paper gives an initial probe into performance assessment method. This method is useful to differentiate the performance of the ofgateway muhifunction Watt-hour meter.
