摘要
采用直接数字频率合成技术(DDS)设计了一种电力载波测试信号源。该信号源采用CY7C68013单片机控制AD9850 DDS芯片产生频率可调的电力载波测试信号,其频率范围为80~500kHz宽、频率分辨率为0.1Hz,且频率转换时间短、使用方便。
This article puts forwards the design of a power carrier testing signal source which is based on direct digital frequency synthesis(DDS) chip AD9850. The signal source is controlled by a single-chip microprocessor Cy7c68013, and can he used to generate an adjustable frequency power carrier testing signal. The signal source has 80kHz -500kHz frequency band, 0.1Hz frequency resolution, short-time frequency conversion time and flexible operation property.
