摘要
运用LabVIEW 7.1开发了用于定向分子流真空校准的虚拟仪器,阐明了由磁悬浮转子规、电容薄膜规、冷阴极电离规、方向规以及伺服电机等组成的虚拟仪器的硬件结构、软件设计思想及具体实现。该测控系统具有界面友好、运行稳定可靠、功能便于扩展等特点。
A virtual instrument for directional molecular flow vacuum calibration is developed by the LabVIEW. It is made up of spinning rotor gauge, capacitance diaphragm gauge, cold cathode ionization gauge, directional gauge and servomotors. The hardware configuration and software design methods are described. The calibration software is developed by LabVIEW 7.1. The virtual instrument system possesses friendly interface, high reliability and strong expandability.
