摘要
针对继电保护设备采用E1通道的通信现状,提出在继电保护设备之间的E1通道加入E1智能切换设备的解决方案。该方案可解决主用E1通道收发出现问题后,智能切换到备用E1通道的收发路由上,从而提高继电保护设备之间通道的可靠性,符合建设坚强的智能电网的要求。同时,对智能切换设备实现的技术原理进行了对比分析。最后,根据电力客户提出的需求,提出了光电转换器和E1通道切换设备合二为一所需要解决的技术和管理问题。
At present, to build a strong smart grid is a hot research topic. Based on the situation that E1 channel is used by relay protection equipment, this paper proposes a solution that an intelligent switching device should be added into E1 channels, which can switch main E1 channel to standby channel when failure occurs. It analyses the technical principles, and discusses some technical and management issues on the combination of photoelectric converter and E1 channel switching devices.
