云南固态法小曲白酒香气淡雅,酒体较为纯净,容易吸收各种异杂味,酒体过滤对过滤介质的要求比较高。生产中应根据产品特征,对过滤介质进行选择性应用。
Yun＇nan Xiaoqu by solid fermentation has elegant aroma and pure and mellow liquor body which easily absorb varieties of off-flavor. Accordingly, its filtration is in need of the selection of proper filtering medium. In practice, we should select the filtering medium according to the characteristics of the liquor.
