摘要 在太阳能电池产业化前发现关键技术,技术专家就可以评估解决关键技术的困难程度,为太阳能电池产业化扫清技术障碍。本文使用技术路线图法研究了太阳能电池产业化过程中的关键技术问题。其中,德尔菲法用来确定指标的权重和各技术因素对指标的影响力。层次分析法确定了关键技术的指标体系和技术影响因素。得出太阳能电池产业化过程中的4个关键技术,为中国发展太阳能产业指明了技术攻关的方向。 The key technology is found before the industrialization of the solar cell, which technical experts will be able to assess the degree of difficulty to solve the key technology and remove technical obstacles. In this paper, the technology roadmap is used to study the key technology problems. Delphi method determines the weight of technology indicators and the influence of technology factor. The analytic hierarchy process defines the index system and technical factors of key technologies. There are four key technologies in the process of industrialization of new products, which specify the research direction to accelerate the development of solar energy industry.
