Review and Prospect of the Headquarter Economy

通过整理近年来国内外的相关文献,本文对当前总部经济研究成果进行了系统地总结和归纳。分别从总部经济的理论来源:比较优势理论、区域经济理论、信息经济理论和组织结构理论入手,重点对企业总部选址、总部经济衡量、总部经济与产业转型、分厂经济、城市发展的关系等研究成果进行了梳理,最后对未来我国总部经济进一步的研究方向进行了展望。

According to the study of the domestic and foreign literatures about the Headquarter Economy, this article summarizes the research results in recent years. Starting with the research origin of the headquarter economy： comparative advantage theory, regional economy theory, informational economy theory and organizational structure theory, this article pays more attention to the research findings of the location of the headquarter economy, the evaluation of the headquarter economy, the industry transition and headquarter economy, the subsidiary economy and the development of the city. At last, this article focuses on the further research of the head- auarter economy.
