创业特征演变的调查研究——以浙江省为例

Investigation of Entrepreneurship Regularity——Based on Zhejiang Province

在对浙江省多个地区进行实证调研的基础上,对浙江省改革开放以来创业行为的变化进行了总结,发现改革开放以来浙江省企业和个人在创业过程中创业主体、创业动机、创业领域、创业模式、创业阶段都发生了较大的改变,而引起这种变化的原因主要可归结到创业经济环境的变化、创业文化的变化和创业政策的变化。这些结论的得出希望能对政府制定和完善相关创业政策提供一些借鉴。

Based on the investigation of many regions of Zhejiang province, the paper concluds the regularity of entrepreneurship behavior of Zhejiang province since the reform and opening up. All elements in the entrepreneurship activity including entrepreneurial person, entrepreneurial motivation, entrepreneurial field, entrepreneurial model and entrepreneurial phase have changed since that era. The change of economic environment, entrepreneurial culture, entrepreneurial policy are the main cause. These conclusions give references to policy-making and perfecting for the government.
