国外专利申请溢出、传导与中国区域技术进步——基于全国29个省市面板数据的实证分析 被引量:3

The Impact of Foreign Patent Applications Spillover and Conduction on Regional Technological Progress in China——Empirical Analysis on Panel Data of 29 Provinces and Cities

摘要 本文在CH模型的基础上,对变量进行扩展,构建了国外专利申请溢出的传导模型,并采用全国29个省市1990—2007的数据,运用计量回归方法,实证研究了国外专利申请溢出对我国区域技术进步的影响。结果表明,国外专利申请在中国各区域都产生了技术溢出,这种溢出促进了地区技术进步,但由于国外专利申请溢出在各区域之间的传导存在差异,则对区域技术进步的影响也存在着一定的差异,其中这种技术溢出对中部地区的技术进步影响最大,其次是东北地区,对东部和西部地区技术进步的影响最小。 Based on the CH model and by the expansion of variables, the author builds the transmission model of foreign patent appli- cations spillover. The author carries out the empirical research on the effect of foreign patent applications spillover on the regional technological progress of China using the 1990-2007 data of 29 provinces and cities by the measurement regression method. The results showes that the foreign patent applications in China have produced regional technology spillovers, and the spillover can promote regional technologieal progress. But, because of the differences in the conductivity of the overflow of foreign patent applications among all regions, the effect of regional technological progress are also different. The technology spillovers are most influential in the technological progress of the central region, are less influential in the northeastern region, and the effects of the technological spillovers on the technology progress of the eastern and western regions are the least.
