阐述了需求响应方式的概念、类型及在美国各独立调度区域内新型辅助服务市场中的应用,介绍了利用需求响应资源作为市场旋转、非旋转、运行及远期等备用的辅助服务。以我国电力市场改革为例,分析了目前辅助服务市场的现状,并提出了需求响应资源参与市场备用的建议。
This paper discusses the conception and the types of demand response and its application to the new type ancillary service market in American independent system operator （ISO）, and introduces how to take demand response resources as spinning, non-spinning, operating and forward reserve. Taking the electricity market reform in China for an example, the situation of ancillary service market at present is analyzed and it suggests that the demand response resources should be involved in reserved market.
