温石棉细小纤维性能及其对石棉胶乳抄取板质量的影响

摘要 以五级温石棉为研究对象,通过筛分的方法,把石棉纤维分成长纤维和细小纤维两部分,对长纤维单独磨浆,然后与筛分收集到的细小纤维以不同比例混合后配抄,探讨长纤维磨浆转数、细小纤维含量对石棉胶乳抄取板性能的影响。结果表明,与直接对石棉原料进行磨浆相比,单独对筛分得到的长纤维磨浆然后与细小纤维混合后配抄,可使抄取板的抗张指数提高64.5%。长纤维最佳的磨浆转数为1500转,当细小纤维含量为30%时,抄取板的抗张指数最大,为11.3N.m/g。 The asbestos was fractionated to long fibers and fine components, the long fibers were refined separately by PFI mill and mixed with the fines in various ratios to make the asbestos sheet. The influence of PEI revolution, amount of the fines on the properly of the sheet was studied. The results indicated that compared to the asbestos refined before fractionated, the long fiber component refined separately can increase the tensile index of the sheet by 64.5%. When long fibers are refined to 1500 revolution and the amount of fine is 30%, the tensile index of the sheet reaches to the maximum, 11.3 N· m/g.
