摘要
文章选用A、B两种高灰熔融温度煤为研究对象,分别添加铁系单助熔剂和复合助熔剂,利用X-射线衍射分析方法考察添加助熔剂前后不同温度下煤灰中矿物组成变化,研究铁系助熔剂对煤灰熔融温度的影响。结果表明,6%的铁系单助熔剂和4%铁系复合助熔剂均能够降低A、B煤灰熔融温度至1350℃以下,复合助熔剂改善煤灰熔融温度有较好稳定性。添加铁系助熔剂后,煤灰在升温的过程中生成的钙长石和钙铁辉石使得煤灰熔融温度降低。
The effect of ferrum-bascd single -flux and compound-flux on the melting characteristics of coal ash from the A and B Coal Mine in huai-bei was invest/gated. The change of the compositions of mineral under various temperatures before and after adding ferrum-based flux into the two kinds of coal was studied by X-ray diffraction analysis. It was found that the melting temperature of the A and B coal can been reduced to lower than 1350 ℃ with the six percent fcrrum-based single-flux or four percent compound-flux, and the amount of the latter one had a relatively stability on improving the ash fusion temperature. The addition of single or compoound flux both increased the alkaline elements and made more low-temperature eutcctic such as Anorthite and hedenbergite put into producing which leading to the gradually reduction of the ash melting temperature.
