摘要
研究了聚氯乙烯/改性剂(PVC/MOD)合金在较小恒定外力,不同温度条件下的短期蠕变行为的时间相关性和温度相关性。通过PVC/MOD合金的短期蠕变行为,应用Findley方程预测了合金的长期蠕变行为。求得PVC/MOD合金在25、30和40℃作用应力为9 N时1.5年的形变率分别为3.3%,4.4%和54.4%。
The PVC/modifier (PVC/MOD) composite of short-time creep behavior involved both time-dependent and temperature-dependent were investigated at a given lower stress and different temperature. Thus the long times creep behavior of PVC/MOD composite can be predicted from short-term were under Findley's power law model equation. For 1.5 years' experiment time, the results showed that the strain ratio was 3.3 %, 4.4 % and 54.4 % when temperature was 25, 30 and 40 ℃, respectively.
