1,4-丁二醇(BDO)是一种基本的石油及精细化工原料,用途十分广泛,目前其生产工艺技术主要包括雷珀(Reppe)法、丁二烯/乙酸法、环氧丙烷法、正丁烷/顺酐直接加氢法和正丁烷/顺酐酯化加氢法5种。文章介绍了1,4-丁二醇的物化性质、用途和主要生产工艺技术,对5种主要生产工艺技术进行了比较,并对新建、扩建装置的建设给出了建议。

1,4-Butanediol（BDO） is a fundamental petroleum and fine chemicals raw material, use is very broad, whose production technology mainly includes acetylene-formaldehyde process, butadiene-acetoxylation process, prolylene epoxide process, cis-butenedioic anhydride direct hydrogenation process and cis-butenedioic anhydride ester hydrogenation process at present. The paper introduced materialization character, use and main production technology of 1,4-Butanediol, it brought elements of five main production technology into comparison, and gave advice to new construction and expansion of production setting.
