摘要
研究了基于虚拟仪器技术的电调制四通方向流量阀的CAT系统,介绍了测试系统的组成原理、阀的动静态测试回路及有关的测试方法。实验表明,系统能很好地完成国标规定的有关测试项目。
In this paper, CAT system for electrically modulated hydraulic 4-way flow control values has been studied. The test system is based on virtual instrument technology. The electrical and hydraulic circuits for valve test are described. And the technique of data analysis and process is introduced. By the experiments, it is proven that the CAT system has a capability for 4-way flow control valve test.
