摘要
按照系统工程和软件工程的方法,结合数据库理论,对制造型企业信息系统架构与规化模式进行研究,将企业管理思想和先进制造技术融合入信息化工程,构建符合制造企业实际的信息系统。通过分析制造企业的特点以及对信息系统的需求,提出制造企业信息系统架构模式,进而简要概述系统开发和系统功能的实现。最后构思系统的扩展和应用集成。重点是对制造企业进行系统架构分析,并以总排期模块,成本控制模块和质量管理模块为例,说明系统开发中模块功能实现。
This paper studied the information system architecture and regulation pattem of manufacturing enterprise according to the system engineering and software engineering methods, and combining with database theory. To build information system of manufacturing enterprises in line with the actual process environment, it integrated enterprise management ideas and advanced manufacturing technology into informationized engineering. By analyzing the characteristics of manufacturing enterprises as Well as information systems requirements, this paper brought forward manufacturing enterprise information system architecture model, and then made a brief overview of system development and implementation of system functions. Finally the expansion of the system and application integration are concerned. This paper focused on the manufacturing enterprises information system architecture analysis, and took scheduling module, cost control and quality management modules as example to illustrate how to realize the module function.
