摘要
目前压井节流控制箱作为节流管汇上的重要控制装置,在压井过程中被普遍采用。根据节流控制箱的控制原理,利用计算机技术、通信技术和控制技术研制了压井参数监测和节流控制硬件系统,根据高含硫气井的特点编制了高含硫气井压力监测软件系统。高含硫气井压力监测软件系统能实时监测采集压井参数,计算机对采集到的压井参数进行处理,并根据处理结果控制液动节流阀的开度。高含硫气井压力监测软件系统为实施自动压井提供了数据支持,使计算机优化压井闭环控制操作在安全、及时、科学的基础上进行。
In the process of oil & gas exploitation, the possibilities of drilling abnormal high pressure reservoirs become higher and higher, well-control technology has become an important object of study. Throttle control box is currently an important control device in choke line. According to the control theory of throttle control box, the well control parameter monitoring and throttle control system was developed. The well control system for wells with high H2S was developed. The computer processes the gathered data and then adjusts the throttle control box. This system provides data support for automatic well killing. It makes the computer optimization closed-loop killing control systems to work in safe, timely and scientific basis.
