摘要
目前,深井超深井等复杂井越来越多,对隔离液的抗盐和抗温性能要求也越来越高,普通隔离液已不能满足固井需要。为此,通过大量室内试验,研制出了一种高温抗盐隔离液添加剂XH。该添加剂主要由增黏剂A、悬浮剂B、消泡剂C、海泡石和重晶石以及水组成,对其进行了室内性能评价,并得出了一种最佳配比。性能评价结果表明,该隔离液具有优良的加重能力、稳定性、流变性、抗盐和抗温性能。
At presetnt, more and more complicated wells require higher and higher requirements to spacer with respect to salt and temperature resistance, while common spacer fluid cannot meet these demands. Considering these, a high-temperature salt-resistant additive for spacer, XH, is developed based on laboratory experiments. The additive consists mainly of extender A, suspending agent B, defoamer C, meerschaum, barite, and water. The best formula was discovered using lab tests. Results show that this spacer has excellent weighting, stability, rheology, anti-salt and anti-temperature performance.
