以实体膨胀管技术为基础开发的可膨胀尾管悬挂器,国外已经基本发展成熟,并在很多油气田投入工业化应用,取得了巨大的经济效益和社会效益。而我国对该技术的研究尚处于理论探索与试验阶段。针对这一现状,简要介绍了可膨胀尾管悬挂器的技术特点和现场优势,说明了其结构原理。通过对可膨胀尾管悬挂器膨胀材料与膨胀方式的详细分析,得出了可膨胀尾管悬挂器膨胀本体材料的性能要求与几种典型膨胀方式的结构原理及特点,指出了膨胀材料与膨胀方式的发展方向。在此基础上,给出了可膨胀尾管悬挂器的发展方向、研究思路与方法的建议。

The expandable liner hanger developed based on sohd expandable tubular is becoming mature and is used in many oilfields abroad, and achieved great economic and social benefits. While this technology is still under exploration and test in China. The characteristics of expandable liner hanger and its advantages are introduced briefly, and the structure principle was introduced. Through the analysis of the expandable material and the expansion approach of expandable liner hanger, the performance requirement of the expandable material, the principles and characteristics of several typical expansion approaches were obtained. The development direction of expandable material and expansion approach are pointed out. The development direction of expandable liner hanger is proposed.
