摘要
为提高物流企业配送中心服务范围划分的科学性和合理性,建立配送中心服务引力模型,并针对模型中的"直线距离"引入运输成本和时间成本,使得优化后的引力模型更符合实际;最后结合层次分析法和专家打分法对某快运公司配送中心的服务范围进行案例分析,说明了该引力模型的适用性。
In order to segment the service scope of the distribution centers of logistics enterprises more scientifically and effectively, the paper establishes a service gravity model and, in view of the concept of "straight line distance" in the model, introduces the concept of transport cost and time cost which render the model more realistic. Finally through a combination of AHP and expert scoring method, the paper carries out a case study on the service scope segmentation of the distribution center of a certain express delivery company, which proves the practicality of the gravity model.
